Support should feel simple.

Fit, compression, care and delivery—explained without the clinical language.

Start with 12–15 mmHg for everyday wear, 15–20 mmHg for movement, and 20–25 mmHg for travel or stronger recovery support. If you have a medical condition, ask a qualified clinician first.

Our socks are designed for extended everyday wear. They should feel supportive, not painful or numb. Remove them if you feel discomfort and recheck your size.

Use ankle and calf circumference together with shoe size. Our size guide walks you through each measurement in under two minutes.

Machine wash cold in a gentle cycle and air dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softener and high heat so the compression fibers keep their shape.

Many people prefer putting them on in the morning before swelling begins. Smooth the fabric gradually from foot to calf rather than pulling from the cuff.

MISTYNE is designed primarily for daytime use. Speak with a qualified clinician before wearing compression while sleeping.

Current delivery options and estimated timing are shown at checkout. See the Shipping Policy for more detail.
